Scope

This policy explains how ProSystem Limited ("ProSystem", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit prosystem.com.bd, use ProSystem BMS, or engage with us as a prospect or client.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, role, company — provided by you or your organisation.
• Operational data: records you create inside ProSystem BMS (invoices, inventory, customers). This belongs to your organisation.
• Usage data: device, browser, pages viewed and events, collected via first-party cookies and analytics tools.
• Communications: anything you send us by email, form, phone or chat.

How we use it

• Operating and securing the products you use.
• Responding to enquiries and providing support.
• Invoicing, account management and contract administration.
• Improving our services, in aggregate and non-identifying form.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of (a) the contract we have with your organisation, (b) our legitimate interest in running and improving our products, (c) your consent where required, and (d) legal obligations under Bangladeshi law.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with vetted sub-processors who help us run the service (hosting, email, payments) and with authorities where required by law.

Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your organisation uses ProSystem and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and contractual obligations. Operational data is retained and deleted per your organisation's instructions.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@prosystem.com.bd. We respond within 30 days.
