Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy explains how ProSystem Limited ("ProSystem", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit prosystem.com.bd, use ProSystem BMS, or engage with us as a prospect or client.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, role, company — provided by you or your organisation.
• Operational data: records you create inside ProSystem BMS (invoices, inventory, customers). This belongs to your organisation.
• Usage data: device, browser, pages viewed, searches, clicks and events, collected via first-party cookies and analytics tools.
• Advertising and conversion data: Meta Pixel and Conversions API identifiers, page and interaction events, source URLs, IP address, user agent, and hashed contact identifiers where you submit forms.
• Bot detection data: technical information processed through Cloudflare Turnstile, such as IP address, browser type and browser characteristics.
• Communications: anything you send us by email, form, phone or chat.

How we use it

• Operating and securing the products you use.
• Responding to enquiries and providing support.
• Invoicing, account management and contract administration.
• Improving our services, in aggregate and non-identifying form.
• Measuring website campaigns, conversions and ad performance, including through Meta advertising tools.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of (a) the contract we have with your organisation, (b) our legitimate interest in running and improving our products, (c) your consent where required, and (d) legal obligations under Bangladeshi law.

Advertising measurement and Meta tools

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), to understand how visitors interact with this website, measure campaign performance, attribute conversions and improve our advertising.

These tools may collect or receive information such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, search or AI search interactions, form-start and form-submit events, newsletter sign-ups, contact events, source URLs, IP address, browser and device information, and Meta identifiers stored in cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. When you submit a contact or newsletter form, we may send hashed contact identifiers, such as email address and name where provided, through Meta Conversions API for matching and conversion measurement.

Website protection and bot detection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile ("Turnstile") on this website. This service is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. ("Cloudflare"). Turnstile helps us verify whether the user is a human (rather than a bot) to protect our site from spam, fraud, and malicious abuse.

To perform this check, Turnstile collects certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and browser characteristics. This data is collected and processed automatically. Cloudflare processes this data in accordance with its privacy policy, and does not use the data for targeted advertising or ad retargeting.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with vetted sub-processors who help us run the service (hosting, email, payments, analytics, advertising measurement, security and bot detection) and with authorities where required by law.

Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your organisation uses ProSystem and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and contractual obligations. Operational data is retained and deleted per your organisation's instructions.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@prosystem.com.bd. We respond within 30 days.
